As part of the UNECE Sustainable Energy Week, the hybrid event of the UNECE Regional Forum on cooperation on enhancing sustainable management and financing for the critical raw materials required for low-carbon transitions will be held on the 17 October 2022. The Forum is one of a series of five UN regional forums on “Towards COP27: Regional Forums on Climate Initiatives to Finance Climate Action and the SDGs”. It will be held in the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and online, between 9:00 -15:30.
